This part of the county has changed fast. Riverview had about 12,000 residents in 2000 and more than 107,000 by 2020. Most of the pavement here is in subdivisions that went up in the last twenty-five years, and much of it is now reaching the age when it needs its first real maintenance: crack sealing, sealcoating, repairs at the edges and around storm inlets, and in some places a new surface. If you live in an HOA, we ask what your architectural committee needs and prepare the drawings and specs for your application. On paper you'll see demolition, stone base, mat thickness, edge work and any coating or paint broken out one by one. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
